The StrideSheet approach
Editorial policy
How StrideSheet writes, checks, dates and corrects its tools and articles, and what we never do, such as claiming an expert review or copying plans.

How pages are made
Drafts of our tools and articles may be prepared with the help of software, including AI writing and coding tools. Our team checks every page before it goes live: results are compared with the worked example, numbers are re-checked with the tool, and facts are checked against the sources listed on the page.
What we never do
- Claim that a page has had an expert review, or name people or credentials that do not exist.
- Copy text, training plans or pace tables from other websites.
- Invent figures. If we cannot find an official source for a fact, we leave it out.
- Use race, event or brand names in page titles or addresses.
Dates and updates
Each tool page lists its sources with the date we last checked them. Articles go live on their planned date once they have been checked and once the tool they support is live.
Corrections
If you think something is wrong, please tell us at hello@stridesheet.com. We will check it against the source and correct the page if needed.
