Our purpose

A little less guesswork.
A clearer way forward.

Simple choices, useful results and a clear explanation of how we get there.

StrideSheet builds free tools for recreational runners: training plans, pace calculations, printable pace bands, race-day schedules and a running log. The tool directory shows the tools currently available; new tools appear once their checks and publication requirements are complete.

Who it is for

Runners in the US, the UK, Australia, Canada and anywhere else. Distance-based tools work in kilometres or miles, with shared pages and calculation rules across countries.

How the tools work

  • Calculations run in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or anyone else.
  • Each tool explains its inputs, calculation rules, worked example and limitations.
  • The training log saves runs on your device. Downloads and printouts let you keep copies of supported results.
  • Facts such as race distances and unit conversions come from official sources, listed with the date we checked them.

The tools give general information only. Read our disclaimer, methodology and editorial policy.

We build free running tools: training plans built to your race date, pace bands and race-day plans. Our plans follow published training principles and are a guide, not medical advice.
